Rates include the camp store account.

Deposits are $500 and refundable until January 31. After this date, deposits may be rolled over to the next year’s tuition (only once). Invoice balances are due by April 15. Credit cards will automatically be charged for any balances remaining on April 15. There is a 3% surcharge to all credit cards that are used to pay for tuition. Custom payment plans are available. Special Programs

Balcones Springs offers two special programs that incure an additional fee: Horseback Riding & Wakeboarding. If you are interested in either program, please let us know before camp starts!

Discounts

If you are registering more than one child, there is a 5% discount for each additional child.

Cancellations

In the event that your camper is not able to attend camp after you have registered, you have the following options. Paid term fees are refundable according to the following cancellation policy:

• Before January 31: Roll your deposit and payments over to the next year with no penalty!
• 60 days prior to term start date: 75% refundable if canceled on or before
• 59-30 days prior to the term start date: 50% refundable if canceled between
• 29-15 days prior to the term start date: 25% refundable if canceled between
• No refund for cancellation 14 or less days prior to term start date.

CANCELATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING. NO PHONE CALLS TO CANCEL CAMPER TUITION.
